Welcome to the Golde Hoops Pool.

In 2022, the NCAA tournament expanded from 64 to 68 teams. The tournament begins with 4 games ("The First Four"), pitting 8 teams vying to advance into the main bracket of 64 teams. For the Golde Hoops Pool scoring, we ignore the "First Four" games, and no points are awarded for them. If you then choose a team from one the "First Four" games to advance into later rounds, you will get credit if EITHER team wins.

We will once again be using a weighted point system to score the Golde Hoops Pool. The point value of predicting a game winner increases for the later rounds of the tournament, which rewards the pool players who more accurately predict the game winners in later rounds of the tournament. You'll use the next several web pages to predict the results of each round of the tournament. On each web page, select the winning team for every game and then click on submit. Your previous choices will be listed at the bottom of each page. Continue until you have predicted a champion.

After entering your predictions, you will be asked to enter your name and email address. All your information will then automatically be sent to the Hoops Pool Queen.
